Update your Google Chrome browser
Your Chrome browser should be kept as up-to-date as possible to benefit from the latest features and performance improvements of this browser.
From your Chrome browser, click on the 3 small dots at the top right; a menu appears, then choose Settings. A new tab containing all the settings will appear.
Click on the 3 small horizontal lines at the top left of this window, to bring up the menu below, then click on About Chrome.
A new page appears, looking for the latest updates to your browser (this is done automatically). Restart your browser if necessary if an update has occurred.
Update your Mozilla FireFox browser
Your FireFox browser should be kept as up to date as possible in order to benefit from the latest features and performance improvements of this browser.
From your FireFox browser, click on the 3 horizontal bars at the top right of your browser and click on Options, the following page will appear :
Click on the left-hand section Advanced, then go to the Update tab and click on Show update history :
A new page appears, looking for the latest updates of your browser (this is done automatically). Restart your browser if necessary if an update has taken place.
Empty your cache / browsing history on Google Chrome
From your Chrome browser, click on the 3 small dots at the top right ; a menu appears, choose More tools, then Clear browsing data... . A popup appears. Select the desired cache period as well as the items to be deleted, then click on Clear data :

From your FireFox browser, click on the 3 small horizontal lines at the top right; a menu appears, then choose Preferences. A new page will appear.
Click on the left-hand section Privacy and Security and then in the category Cookies and site data, click on the button Clear data... . A popup appears, click on Clear to delete your entire cache :
