How do I know the number of users of my plateforme?

This is to know the current number of users who have downloaded the App AND who have registered via the App.

Log in from your AZEOO web account. Then from the "Dashboard" menu, look for the "Number of app installed" box.

  • x installations: number of users who have downloaded the App and who have registered (therefore attached) to your account.

  • x customers: number of customers that you have referenced in the "Customers" tab of this backoffice. The goal for you is to approach 100% conversion.

How to know the number of downloads of the App?

Android

Log in from your Google Play Developer account, then select your App. Then from the "Dashboard" menu, look for the "New users acquired" insert. You then have the number of users acquired (= number of App downloaded) date by date. At the top right you have the possibility to change the time scale.

iPhone

Log in from your Apple Store Developer account. Then from the "Analysis" menu, select your App. Then look for the "Total number of downloads" box. You then have the number of users acquired (= number of App downloaded) date by date. At the top right you have the possibility to change the time scale.

How to know the number of uninstallations of the App?

This is the number of users who uninstalled the App. This figure does not take into account whether or not the user has deleted his account on your plateforme.

Android

Log in from your Google Play Developer account, then select your App. Then from the "Dashboard" menu, click on "Choose KPIs":

Next, select "Uninstalls" and then click "Save changes":

Back in your dashboard, you will find the "Uninstalls" box. At the top right you have the possibility to change the time scale.

iPhone

Log in from your Apple Store Developer account. Then from the "Analysis" menu, select your App. Then go to the "Indicators" tab. Then in the "Use" filter, select "Deletion". At the top right you have the possibility to change the time scale.

How to know the revenue on the App (in-app)?

Android

Log in from your Google Play Developer account, then select your App. Then from the "Dashboard" menu, look for the "Revenue" insert. You then have the total amount (over the selected period). This amount corresponds to all purchases made from the in-app Android App (= payment that must go through Google). At the top right you have the possibility to change the time scale.

iPhone

Log in from your Apple Store Developer account. Then from the "Analysis" menu, select your App. Then go to the "Indicators" tab. Then in the "Sales" filter, select "Sales". At the top right you have the possibility to change the time scale.

How can I find out the key figures for subscriptions on IOS & Android?

Android

Sign in from your Google Play Developer account, then select your app. Go to the left hand side menu Monetize then Subscription.

You can find the total subscriptions, new subscriptions, cancelled subscriptions.

iPhone

Log in from your Apple Store Developer account. Then from the "Analytics" menu, select your App. Then go to Trends to find all the key figures of your subscriptions.

How to know the rate of active users on the App?

Log in from your Firebase account, then select your App. Then from the "Dashboard" menu, look for the "User activities over time" box. You then have the activity rate over 30 days, 7 days and 1 day.

How do I know the average engagement time for using the App?

This is the average duration of use per active user of the App, over the period you have selected.
