Once you have created and shared a questionnaire, you have the opportunity to analyze your customers' responses.
From the list of your questionnaires
In the "Questionnaires" menu of your back office, choose the questionnaire to analyze from the list. Click "Actions" then "Analyze".
You then have access to all the answers given to this questionnaire.
From the edit menu of a questionnaire
In the "Questionnaires" menu of your back office, choose the questionnaire to analyze from the list. Click "Actions" then "Edit".
Once on the editing menu, you have the possibility to analyze all the answers given to the questionnaire (by clicking on the button symbolized by the orange zone). You can also analyze the answers of a particular customer in the "Client(s)" section (symbolized by the blue box) by clicking on "See answers".
