You can change your password in your account settings, from the AZEOO app or from the back office.
If you have forgotten your password, or if you wish to change it, simply follow the steps below.
Request a new password
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one. Please open the app, then :
Click on "Sign In."
In the screen that appears, click on "forgot password" at the bottom right
Insert the email address of your AZEOO account
Please check your email box
Be patient, the email may take a while to arrive. If you have not received an email after a while, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email, please contact us.
Change your password
You can change your password in your account settings, from the back office.
Click on the "Change your password" section, you can then enter your new password.
