Activate the synchronization with your ERP

Your management system (example: Resamania, Deciplus, etc.) may be compatible with AZEOO, so don't hesitate to contact our support to get the answer.

If this is the case, you just have to contact the customer service / support of your ERP, mentioning that you want to open your account to AZEOO. They will get back to you (or directly to our support) very quickly, mentioning the useful elements to interconnect to your account.

The setting up of this connection can take up to 72 hours.

Standard email to be completed and sent to your ERP (with the email address support@azeoo.com in copy):

"Hello,

We would like to activate an API connection and synchronization: customer database, reservation and planning with our AZEOO application.

  • Name of the club : [to be completed]

  • Name & first name of the admin : [to be completed]

  • Email of the admin : [to be completed]

  • Club's postal address : [to be completed]

Could you please send us the code for connection and synchronization.

What can you synchronize on your AZEOO account ?

You can offer your clients the possibility, from the AZEOO app, to consult and book your courses defined on your ERP.

You can synchronize all your clients defined on your ERP to your AZEOO account. Once connected, all your clients will be automatically synchronized to your AZEOO account (no more manual entry to do).
