This documentation will guide you through the various features of this Zapier connector, in particular the triggers and actions it supports, as well as the configurations required to connect your AZEOO account to other software.

Introduction

Zapier lets you work more efficiently by connecting your online software with AZEOO to create automated tasks.

Here are a few examples :

  • Automatically generate contact lists in your emailing software from your AZEOO customers

  • Automatically send welcome emails, etc. in your emailing software from customers in your AZEOO account

Zapier supports hundreds of online applications, so you can create an infinite number of tasks to automate the repetitive and sometimes tedious aspects of your business.

And best of all, there's no need to code, because Zapier offers an easy-to-use interface!

What is a Zap ?

A zap is an automated task that you want to run repeatedly between two online programs. A zap consists of a trigger and an action :

When it happens (trigger), do something about it (action).

Once you've created your zap, Zapier checks every few minutes to see if new data is available. If the zap is triggered, Zapier will automatically execute the action! There's no need to get involved - your data will pass from one program to another automatically.

AZEOO API key

This step is mandatory before starting any configuration on your Zapier account.

To use this connector, you need to obtain an access key from AZEOO support. To do this, from your AZEOO account, go to the support chat (bottom right) and tell our support team that you'd like to obtain this Zapier key.

Then set the input elements (Email, First Name and Last Name):

Once finished, click on the "Continue" button:

Now publish your Zap so that it becomes active, by clicking on the "Publish" button :

Once Zap has been published, test your connection. The creation of a client on Systeme.io will then be instantaneous when AZEOO's "Create Client" trigger is launched.

Delete client (AZEOO > Systeme.io)

When the "Delete Client" trigger runs, you can add an action using Systeme.io to delete a client on this platform.

Add a new Zap, following the same principle as for Adding a client.

On the AZEOO connector, select the "Delete Client" event. On the Systeme.io connector, choose the "Create or Update a Contact" event, setting the input elements (Tag, which is the targeted AZEOO customer group, Email, which is the email address of the customer to be deleted).

On the AZEOO connector, select the "Add Client or Update Client" event, then click on the "Continue" button:

Fill in the AZEOO connector information with the data received from Systeme.io. This action will create a client in AZEOO when a client with a tag is added in Systeme.io.
