Sell a complete nutrition + training package
You can sell a complete package to your customers, containing a diet plan and a training programme over a given period. To do this, you need to create an offer pack.
When you create a pack offer in the "Products" tab, you are selling paid access to a group containing exclusive content that you have created.
In this pack, you put what you want, for example here, a training programme and a diet plan. All you have to do is assign this content to a defined group.
As soon as your customer buys the pack, they will automatically have access to all the content linked by the group you have specified.
Steps to create a coaching and nutrition coaching :
1️⃣ Create a new group
To begin, you need to add a new group. On the back office, in the "Clients" tab, click on "Manage my groups", then on "Add a group".
We'll call it "Accompaniment 360" for this example.
You can also use an existing group.
2️⃣ Add a product category
In the "Products" tab, you must first create a category to segment your different products on the app. To do this, click on "Manage Categories", then add a new product category.
3️⃣ Add a product
Once this is done, you can add your product. Click on "+ Add a product". You will then be taken to the product edition page, where you can fill in the necessary fields.
➡️ Assign your product to a category (here "Coaching and nutrition support").
In order for a product to appear on the app, it must necessarily be part of a category. To do so, you must check the box corresponding to the category you created on the right in the product edition.
➡️ Assign your product to the "360 Support" customer group.
At the bottom of the product edit page, click on "Assign Buyer to Customer Groups" and select the group you created.
4️⃣ Add your contents to the pack
You can add your programme, eating plan and other content of your choice to the pack. To do this, you need to assign this content to the "360° Support" group.
Go to your programme, on the right-hand menu "Activate sharing", click on "Generic for all my customers or groups". Then click on "+Add a group" and select the "360° Support" group.
Don't forget to activate programme sharing
This is the same process for any other content you want to add to your offer :
All the elements that you assign to the "360° Support" group will be part of the pack and will be accessible to your customers on the app as soon as they purchase it.
Important note : If you add content that is already subject to a charge to your pack (e.g. a €19 programme), the customer who buys the pack will not pay any extra because it is included in the offer.
