From your BackOffice, you have access to a detailed tracking view of the statistics your clients update themselves directly from the mobile app.

This feature helps you monitor their progress on a daily basis, better understand their habits, and adapt your coaching based on concrete data.

How to access it?

Go to the "Clients" menu in your BackOffice, then click on the client of your choice.
Once on their profile, click the "Statistics" tab.
There, you'll find all the data your client has entered from the app.

What data can you see?

The statistics are split into different sections, and you can check them easily at a glance:

Body measurements

Your client can manually update their physical measurements, such as:

  • Weight

  • Waist size

  • Hip size

  • Thighs, arms, forearms, shoulders, calves, chest, and neck size

  • Body Mass Index (BMI – calculated automatically)

These stats help you track how your client’s body is changing, week after week.

Nutrition data

In this section, you can view:

  • Daily calorie total (based on the data entered by the client)

  • Macronutrient breakdown: proteins, carbs, and fats

Sleep

Your client can enter:

  • The number of hours they sleep each night

This helps you factor in recovery and overall performance.

Stress

A simple scale lets your client log their daily stress level.
This info helps you adjust the intensity of training and spot periods where the client may be feeling more tired or under pressure.

Body composition

If you work with measurement tools (like a body scale), your client can add:

  • Body fat percentage (%)

  • Muscle mass

  • Water mass, etc.

Physical activity

Your client can also enter:

  • Daily step count

These values can sync automatically if your client connects the app to Apple Health or Health Connect.

Why is this data important?

All these stats give you a clear and complete view of your client’s daily life: their physical shape, habits, and progress.

As a coach, this helps you:

  • Personalize your coaching even more

  • Adjust your programs based on real data

  • Better understand each client’s needs and situation

It saves you time and improves the quality of your support.
And for your client, it’s also extra motivation, they can easily follow their own progress over time.
