Managing teams

The notion of team allows you to boost the motivation of your customers by feeling that they belong to a group of individuals in order to perform and surpass themselves together. On the App, team rankings are available (ranking based on points acquired) to your customers.

Who can create teams ? The coach or the manager.

Who can join a team ? There are two possibilities :

  • By default, only the coach or the manager can attach a client to a team. The client cannot then detach/attach himself to the team.

  • Otherwise, you can let your clients choose freely to attach / detach themselves to the teams you propose.

ℹ️ The number of clients attached to a team is unlimited.

Add a team

From the back office, in the tab "Customers", click on the button "Manage teams" > "Add a team". Once your team is added, you can then assign it to clients by simply clicking the + button in the Teams column for the impacted client(s).

➡️ For added impact, always add an image to your teams.

Edit a team

Editing a team simply allows you to change the name, image and whether or not to let your customers attach / detach to it.

From the back office, in the "Customers" tab, click on the "Manage teams" button, then click on the pencil icon in front of the team you want to edit.

Delete a team

From the back office, in the "Customers" tab, click on the "Manage Teams" button, then click on the trash can icon in front of the team to be deleted.

➡️ Deleting a customer team does not in any way delete the customers themselves on your AZEOO account.

Consult the rankings

You can consult the ranking by points of each of your teams at any time. From the back office, in the "Customers" tab, click on the "Manage teams" > "Rankings" button.

➡️ You can also look at the team ranking of the week, month or year to see the teams in form of the moment 💪🏻
