The "Licences" menu is only available to professionals on request from the AZEOO support team.

This feature allows you to allocate external licences (the equivalent of our PROFESSIONAL offer) to external people (coaches, dieticians, etc.). These external accounts are attached to your own account, but all the data is segmented, i.e. :

  • List of clients: each account, including yours, has access to its own list of clients

  • List of content (programmes, sessions, exercises, eating plans, push notifications, etc.): each account, including yours, has access to its own list of content.

Add a licence

Go to the "Licences" menu in your back office. Click on your profile at the top right of the screen, then on "Licences".

Then click on "+ Add a licence". Fill in your coach's profile with the basic elements of surname, first name and email. In this way, an external person who registers with the same email address on the AZEOO platform will automatically be linked to your account.

If you wish to set a validity period for the licence, you can do so using the "Account expiry date" field. On the specified date, the external person will no longer be able to connect to their account.

By default, the licence added is active. If you wish to deactivate it, simply click on the "Activate" checkbox.

Once your licence has been added, an email is automatically sent to the person inviting them to register on the platform if necessary.

The person must register on the platform beforehand. If not, a "Resend invitation" message will appear in the "Status" column. Click on it to send an invitation by email.

Edit a licence

In the "Licences" menu in your back office, click on "Actions" opposite the coach. Then click on "Edit".

The licence editor then appears, allowing you to modify certain elements (activation and expiry date).

Delete a licence

You cannot delete a licence, only deactivate it.

In the 'Licences' menu in your back office, click on 'Actions' next to the account you want. Then click on "Edit".

Then click on the "Activate" checkbox, and then on the "Save" button.
