Liste des abonnements
This list contains all the subscriptions you have created, whether active or archived (non-active):
At the top of this list are 3 important elements:
Number of customers in trial period
Number of customers with an active subscription
Notion of MRR: this term stands for Monthly Recurring Revenue. It corresponds to your recurring monthly turnover, calculated on the basis of how much your customers use your service and what they pay over the course of a month.
Add a subscription
In the "Subscriptions" menu in your back office, click on the "Add a subscription" button:
Next, an editing window appears, in which the following information must be entered:
General settings
Subscription name and description
Availability:
Public : displays this subscription on the offer presentation web page (which is generated automatically)
Private : this subscription will not be displayed on the web page
Price and billing period: define your subscription price, billing period, promotional price and trial period.
Trial period: your customer must still enter a payment method, but will not be debited. Payment will be deducted automatically once the trial period has elapsed. If the customer decides to cancel their subscription during this period, no payment will be deducted.
How do I add content to a subscription?
This configuration is optional.
To understand this, here are a few concrete examples:
Sell a "Premium" subscription containing access to a specific training programme + a specific nutritional plan + specific video lessons.
Sell a "Basic" subscription simply containing access to 10 training sessions.
The aim is to automatically unlock access to this linked content once your customer has subscribed to the subscription from the app.
In short, when a customer signs up for this subscription, you can then automatically give them access to specific content via groups. The concept of groups allows you to segment your data.
Edit a subscription
In the "Subscriptions" menu in your back office, choose the subscription you want to edit from the list and click on the "Actions" button, then "Edit".
Once in the subscription editor, you can change everything (general information, group(s), price, etc.).
Archiving a subscription
In the "Subscriptions" menu in your back office, choose the subscription you want to edit from the list and click on the "Actions" button, then "Archive".
Archiving a subscription means that it will no longer be active with your customers and will no longer be editable.
For your customers who have taken out this subscription, it will remain active until their subscription has expired.
