Thanks to AZEOO, you will be able to propose training programs for a very large audience, in order to answer all their requests for sports coaching (in a club, at home, outside, in the form of video courses, etc).
Add a program
In the "Coaching" tab of your back office, click on "Programmes", then on the "+ Add a programme" button.
General information
A window for editing the general information of the program appears.
The information "Measurement before / after" : if selected, this will allow you to notify your client during his very first / and last workout of this program, to take his measurements and enter them in the app. Thus, he will be able to see his evolution before and after his program.
In the best practices, it is strongly advised to enter a catchphrase and a description. The goal is to make your content as impactful as possible for your customers.
Add a workout
The next step is to create all the workouts that make up your program.
From the calendar, click on the day you want to add a workout.
You can then choose between several types:
Standard: classic fitness / bodybuilding oriented workout.
Cross-training : WOD oriented with the possibility of using Tabata, EMOM, etc. timers.
Activity : multi-sport oriented (badminton, soccer, swimming, yoga, walking, etc.).
Video course : video support to follow a complete course.
Good news : the notion of recurrence, accessible at the creation of each workout, will allow you to save a lot of time in the overall creation of a program.
Imagine that you have a workout that is present every Monday, well you are going to create it only once by specifying a recurrence to "Every Monday".
My sessions
You can create your own sessions (standard and cross-training) before creating a training programme using this method. You can then reuse these sessions as often as you like, without having to start from a blank session for each new programme.
Standard
Enter the name of the workout, a description (optional), then click on "Add". You will then be presented with several types of possible parts to include in this workout :
Warm-up (Warmup)
Recovery (Cooldown)
Exercise : this is the nominal part of the workout containing all your exercises.
A duration is automatically calculated according to the content. You can of course modify this duration manually if needed.
Cross-training
Enter the name of the workout, a description (optional), then click on "Add". You will then be offered several types of possible parts to include in this workout :
Warm-up (Warmup)
Recovery (Cooldown)
Strength / Technique (Skills)
WOD
The WOD concept allows you to add a concept of score type (based on duration, weight, etc.), a concept of variations (allowing you to adapt to your customers' levels) and a concept of timers (For Time, AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata).
Activity
These are multi-sport activities (around a hundred available), allowing you to integrate activities from outside your structure into the programme.
Here too, you can enter a text description, duration, distance, etc.
Video courses
Just like other types of workouts, add video classes (e.g. ab/buttock workout, Pilates, etc. on Sunday morning) to your program.
Delete a workout
Any workout you have added to the program can be deleted.
From the calendar, choose the session you want to delete and click on it to open it. Once in the session editor, click on the "Other actions" button and choose "Delete".
If you delete a session with a recurrence link, all linked sessions will be deleted automatically.
Please note : If a programme has been scheduled by at least 1 customer, its structure cannot be modified. In other words, you cannot add or delete a session. You can only modify the content of existing sessions.
If you want to change the structure of your programme, you can duplicate it. In this way, you can add, delete and modify the sessions within it.
Duplicate a workout
Any session you add to the programme can be duplicated.
From the calendar, choose the workout you want to duplicate and click on it to open it. Once in the workout editor, click on the "Other actions" button and choose "Duplicate".
The editor then displays the duplicated workout that you can modify before saving it in your program.
When you click on the "Duplicate" action, as long as you have not saved this copy, this workout is not integrated in your program at all.
Edit a program
From the backoffice, in the "Coaching", click on "Programs" and then on "Actions" opposite the program concerned. Then click on "Edit".
Tips to find a program more easily :
According to its name
According to the name of a client
And more widely according to filters (objective, type of sharing, etc.)
Once in the program editor, you can modify everything (general information, workouts, etc.).
Remember to save your program by clicking on the bottom right-hand corner when you make changes to it!
Please note : Once a programme has been shared with a client, its content can no longer be deleted.
Duplicate a program
In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Programmes" and then on "Actions" opposite the programme concerned. Then click on "Duplicate".
This feature is extremely practical, as it will enable the coach to set up new programmes very quickly, based on clones, saving the structure a considerable amount of time.
Delete a program
In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Programmes" and then on "Actions" opposite the programme concerned. Then click on "Delete".
If your programme was scheduled by customers (before this deletion), these people will continue to have access to this programme as it was scheduled in their log. For other customers, however, the programme will no longer be visible.
This action is irreversible.
