Thanks to AZEOO, you will be able to offer à la carte workouts, i.e. not belonging to any program, which will be easily consumed by your clients through the app.
Add a workout
From the back office, in the "Coaching" then, "Workouts" tab click on the "Add a workout" button.
Then choose among the 2 types proposed :
Bodybuilding : classic fitness / bodybuilding oriented workout
Cross-training : WOD oriented with the possibility to use Tabata, EMOM, etc. timers.
General information
A window for editing the general information of the workout appears :
Standard
Enter the name of the workout, a description (optional), then click on "Add". You will then be presented with several types of possible parts to include in this workout :
Warm-up (Warmup)
Recovery (Cooldown)
Exercise : this is the nominal part of the workout containing all your exercises
A duration is automatically calculated according to the content. You can of course modify this duration manually if needed.
For each exercise :
Set the number of sets, repetitions (or exercise time) per set, recovery between sets and between exercises.
You also have advanced settings, allowing you to configure specific sets (drop set, eccentric, rest-pause, etc.) and/or an execution tempo.
You can add associated notes, to give advice on exercise execution, motivation, etc.
Cross-training
Enter the name of the workout, a description (optional), then click on "Add". You will then be offered several types of possible parts to include in this workout :
Warm-up (Warmup)
Recovery (Cooldown)
Strength / Technique (Skills)
WOD
The notion of WOD allows you to add a notion of score type (on duration, weight, etc.), a notion of variations (allowing you to adapt to the levels of your clients) as well as a notion of timers (For Time, AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata).
The different timers :
For Time : Complete a sequence of one or more exercises as quickly as possible (with or without a time limit).
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible): Do as many reps (or rounds) as possible in a given time. Ex: AMRAP 20' = maximum number of reps in 20 minutes.
EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute): A sequence of a number of reps every minute over a given time. The remaining time is used as recovery time.
Tabata : 20 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds recovery over 8 rounds.
Zoom in on a typical CrossFit Box WOD
In the case of a CrossFit Box, you might need to specify the day of availability of this WOD as well as to give access to the details of this WOD only at the last moment via the unlocking with a code.
Thanks to this function, your customers will have access to the general information about this WOD, and will only be able to access the details on the day and by unlocking it with a code, which you will make available to them. For more information, see this article.
Edit a workout
In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Workouts" and then on "Actions" opposite the workout. Then click on "Edit".
Tips to find a workout more easily :
According to its name
According to the name of a client
And more generally according to filters (objective, type of sharing, etc.)
Once in the workout editor, you can modify everything (general information, structure, etc.).
Duplicate a workout
In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Workout" and then on "Actions" opposite the workout. Then click on "Duplicate".
Once duplicated, you can modify the session in the same way as a normal workout.
This feature is extremely practical, as it will enable the coach to create new sessions very quickly, based on clones, saving the structure a considerable amount of time.
Delete a workout
In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Workouts" and then on "Actions" opposite the workout. Then click on "Delete".
If your session was scheduled by customers before this deletion, they will continue to have access to this workout as it was scheduled in their diary. For other customers, however, the session will no longer be visible.
This action is irreversible.
