VOD courses
Thanks to AZEOO, you will be able to offer video courses to your customers who will then be able to consume them in 2 different ways :
In "VOD" mode (video on demand): from the app, the client can access all these videos and consume them immediately.
Through a training program : you can, in the same way as a cross-training / bodybuilding type workout, add a video course type workout in your program.
If you add the same video (with identical URL) in "VOD" mode AND in a training program, the 2 videos will be completely independent from each other (regarding adding, editing and deleting).
Add a video course in "VOD" mode
In the "Coaching" tab of your back office, click on "Videos", then on the "Add a video" button. Then click on "Courses on demand (VOD)".
General information
A window for editing the general information of the video appears. Proceed to fill in the fields, and specify whether it is a custom or generic type.
As part of good practice, we strongly advise you to enter a catchphrase and a description. The aim is for your content to have the greatest possible impact on your customers.
Add a video course from a program
In this case, this course will only be accessible through the program, and according to the type of visibility you have set (custom or generic). For more details, see how to add a workout in a program.
You can of course use a course defined from your video course list (tab "Video courses") within your program.
Editing a video course
From the back office, in the "Coaching" then "Video courses" tab, choose the video to edit from the list.

According to its name
According to the name of a client
And more generally according to filters (objective, type of sharing, etc.)
Once in the video session editor, you can modify everything (general information, structure, etc.).
If a course belongs to a training program, you can also edit it by going to that program. For more details, see how to edit a program.
Duplicate a video course
In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Videos" and then on "Actions" opposite the video in question. Then click on "Duplicate".
This feature is extremely practical, as it will enable the coach to make new courses available very quickly, based on clones, saving the structure a considerable amount of time.
If a course belongs to a training programme, you can also duplicate it by going to that programme. For more details, see how to duplicate a session.
Deleting a video lesson
In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Videos" and then on "Actions" next to the video in question. Then click on "Delete".
If your video course was scheduled by customers before this deletion, they will no longer be able to access this content. The same applies to other customers: the course will no longer be visible.
If a lesson belongs to a training programme, you can also delete it by going to that programme. For more details, see how to delete a session.
