Program

Goal : to help your clients achieve their goals.

A program lasts x weeks or days and contains several workouts. The types of workouts you can add to your programs are :

  • Weight training : classic fitness / weight training oriented

  • Cross-training : WOD oriented with the possibility of using Tabata, EMOM, etc. timers

  • Activity : multi-sport oriented (badminton, soccer, swimming, yoga, walking, etc.)

  • Video course : video support to follow a complete course.
