This type of advertisement will automatically appear in the newsfeed of any user of the AZEOO app, member of your club.
The sponsorship formula will allow on one hand to generate new members and on the other hand to motivate your subscribers, because they will be able to do sports with their friends. Here, it is essential to thank your member for his sponsorship by offering him a free month or gifts, for example. The sponsorship formula is a win-win principle that allows you to retain members easily and to reach new prospects more quickly.
You have 2 types of sponsorship offers:
"Invite a friend to a class": this type will only be exploitable if your ERP is compatible with AZEOO. The idea here is to encourage your member, through the form of a group class, to invite one or more of his friends to come and discover this class.
"Invite a friend to the club" : this is where you encourage your member to invite one or more of his friends to come and discover the club.
Warning : you can only create one sponsorship offer each time. That is, you cannot have two ads "Invite a friend to a course" for example. But you can obviously have an advertisement "Invite a friend to a class" and one for "Invite a friend to a club".
For maximum consistency and relevance, it is strongly advised to follow the best practices that we have concocted for you.
Add a sponsorship offer "Invite a friend to the club"
From the back office, in the "Advertising" tab, click on the "Add an ad" button, and then choose the "Invite a friend to the club" type.
The advertisement editor will appear. Enter all the necessary information. Once your ad is ready to be displayed, click on the "Activate" button to make it active.
Once activated, this ad will be automatically taken into account by our algorithms of diffusion on the social network AZEOO.
Add a sponsorship offer "Invite a friend to a course"
In the "Marketing" menu in your back office, click "Ads", then click "+ Add". Finally, click "Invite a friend to a course".
The ad editor appears. Enter all the necessary information. As soon as your ad is ready to run, click the "Activate" button to make it active.
Once activated, this advertising will be automatically taken into account by our broadcast algorithms on the social network AZEOO.
Editing a sponsorship offer
In the "Marketing" menu of your back office, click on "Ads", then on "Sponsorship". Next, click the pencil icon at the top right of the ad you want to edit. The editor then appears and you can make all your changes..
Your ad can be modified even if it is already active, there are no constraints to this.
Delete a sponsorship offer
In the "Marketing" menu of your back office, click on "Ads", then on "Sponsorship". Next, click the trash can icon at the top right of the ad you want to remove.
Just want to make this ad inactive ? Simply open the editor of this ad, then click the "Activate" button to make it inactive.
