Depending on the configuration of your fitness centre, you may be able to access the class schedule and book your classes via the app.
If this functionality is not available on the app, it means that your facility has not activated the service. In either case, please contact them to find out more.
Accessing the course schedule
To view the courses available at your centre, you can access them in 2 different ways on the app :
From the "Journal" tab (on the "Training" view) of your app, starting today, click on the blue "Book your courses" banner.
From the "Coach" tab (on the view corresponding to your structure), click on "View course schedule" :
Then 2 cases are possible :
either it's an external link that opens a new window in a web browser.
or it's a schedule view in the app.
External link
The web browser is launched to open an external URL to your facility's booking software. Simply follow the instructions.
Internal schedule view
A list of courses appears, allowing you to filter your schedule.
You can also filter by type of course available, and by coach, using the filter bar at the top of the screen.
Book a class
Booking is only available in the app if the schedule view is displayed internally in the app. If it is an external link, booking from the app is not functional.
From the schedule window or from a specific course file, you can book the course by clicking on the "Book" button.
Once booked, the course will appear in your list of bookings.
View the list of my bookings
You can only view your bookings in the app if the planning view is displayed internally in the app. If it is an external link, this consultation from the app is not functional.
From the schedule window, click on the button at the bottom that says "My bookings".
A list of all your upcoming course bookings will then appear.
