Add a note

In the back office, go to the "Clients" tab and click on the name of the client whose data you want to analyze.

On his profile, click on "Notes".

Then click on "+ Add a note". An edit page for your new note will appear:

Writing the note

You can then write a note, either for yourself or for your customer.

For example, if your customer has been injured and you have had to readjust his sessions, you can make a note of this here so that you can remember him when he next trains.

Send a document

You can also use the notes to send documents (JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC), up to 10 per note, with a maximum size of 20 MB.

Set up a note (visibility)

You can set the parameters for this note:

  • Private, so that it is only visible to you in the back office. This is very useful if you want to make a note of observations during the session, for example, or ideas for programme changes.

  • In public, so that it is also accessible to the client on their application. Handy for sharing information with your customer, as well as files (test results, articles, graphs, etc.).

Always remember to save your notes before closing them!

Saved notes

All notes saved on a customer's profile are stored in the "Notes" section.

Editing a note

In the "Clients" menu in your back office, click on the customer's profile, then on "Notes". Then click on "Edit" next to the note.

The note editor then appears, allowing you to edit all the contents of the note, including the documents.

Deleting a note

In the "Clients" menu in your back office, click on the customer's profile, then on "Notes". Then click on "Delete" next to the note.

A popup will ask you to confirm your choice.

This action is irreversible.
