Invitation links allow you to invite your customers/prospects to download the App. You can use them as QRCodes (which you can then add to your rollups, flyers, etc.) and/or as web links (which you can broadcast on your social networks, website, digital communications, etc.).
User Experience
What happens when your customer / prospect clicks on the invitation link / scans the associated QRCode?
They can download the App (Android or iOS, depending on their phone model).
Once they've registered on the App, they're automatically added to your customer list, or they're only added, and it's up to you to manually validate (or refuse) this addition.
Add an invitation link
In the “Marketing” tab, you can generate your own personalized invitation links. This will enable you to:
Communicate more easily to your community/prospects the fact of joining you on the App, via a unique download link.
Automatically add the person using this link to your customer list in your back office.
To do this, in the “Marketing” menu of your back office, click on “Invitation links”. Then click on “+ Add”.
The invitation link editor appears:
For a simple activation link :
Enter the name of your link (this is for your information only).
By default, the “Automatically add as customer” box is checked. This enables your customers / prospects using the web link / QRCode to be automatically added to your customer list. If the box is not checked, they will be attached, and it will be up to you to validate their respective attachment.
You can then add a QRCode associated with this new invitation link:
Click on “Associate a QRCode with this invitation link”.
You can then configure the size of your QRCOde, add a label (visible below the QRCode) and integrate your logo in the middle.
Once done, click on the “Save” button to validate.
Back in the list, you can copy the invitation link and/or download the associated QRCode.
Edit invitation link
In the “Marketing” menu of your back office, click on “Invitation links”. Finally, click on “Actions” in front of the relevant invitation link, then on “Edit”.
Once in the invitation link editor, you can modify everything.
Delete an invitation link
In the “Marketing” menu of your back office, click on “Invitation links”. Finally, click on “Actions” opposite the invitation link concerned, then on “Delete”.
Download QR Code
As seen in adding an invitation link, you can create a QRCode associated with your link, then download it (in PNG format) for use on your media (flyer, rollup, etc.).
The easiest way to download it is from the link list, where the download button is directly accessible.
