To be able to follow a meal plan, you need to plan it.
Plan from the "Coach" tab
In the "Coach" tab of your app, go to the icon for your club or coach. Scroll down until you reach the "Eating Plans".
Choose the plan of your choice and click on "Schedule". You can plan it for the day of your choice and then confirm.
You can then view and follow your meal plan, day by day, in your journal under "Nutrition".
Plan from the "Journal" tab
In the "Diary" tab of your app, click on "Nutrition" and then on the "+" at the bottom right of your screen. Then click on "Nutrition Plan".
This will take you to the list of available meal plans. As explained above, click on the plan of your choice, then on "Plan".
