In order to follow a meal plan, you must plan it.

From the app, in the "Coach" tab, place yourself on the icon of your club or coach. Scroll down until you reach the "Food Plans".

Choose the plan of your choice and click on "Plan". You can plan it for the day of your choice and you validate.

Then you can see and follow your food plan, day after day, in your diary under "Nutrition".
