Don't know how to get organized to make your weekly shopping list? Don't panic, you can generate yours according to your food plan directly in the app.
🍎 To generate this shopping list, you need to make sure you have recipes, foods or a food plan planned in your Journal.
On the app, in the "Journal" tab, under "Nutrition", click on the blue button at the top "Generate my shopping list".
You will then be taken to a page where you will decide on which period you want the list to be generated. It will then take into account only the items that are planned for the defined period.
Then click on "Validate" and your list will appear with all the ingredients and foods you need to make your dishes!
Check off the items you already have ahead of time, then as your cart fills up so you don't get lost 😉.
