Manage my templates
The notion of a "template" will allow you to reuse content ad infinitum to integrate it into your training sessions (whether within a programme or a session). This too saves your coaches a considerable amount of time when creating workouts.
The types of model supported by the platform :
Warm-up
Recovery (cooldown)
WOD
Templates can only be managed from the session editor, and only for :
Standard
Cross-Training
Add a template
"Warm up" type
From the session editor, click on "+ Add", then on "Add the warm-up section":
Then click on the "Create from library" button.
A window then appears with 3 tabs in which you'll find the "Explore" tab, containing the official AZEOO warm-ups; the "Recent" tab containing the latest ones you've used; and finally the "My templates" tab containing only those you've created.
Click on the "+ Create a template" button and fill in the required fields..
Once you have finished, click on the "Save" button. The list of your templates will be updated automatically, and you can then use this template by clicking on the "+" button to the right of the template.
To add exercises to your warm-up, click on "+ Exercises" or type "#exercise name".
"Recovery" type
From the session editor, add a "Recovery" type part.
Then it's exactly the same operational mode as the "Warm-up" type defined above.
WOD" type
From the session editor, add a "WOD" type part.
Note that in this case, you cannot add your own models directly. On the other hand, each WOD that you create in your sessions will be considered as "recent" and will therefore appear in the "Recent" tab.
AZEOO provides you with more than 100 official WODs, from the "Explore" tab, which you can re-use and modify at will.
Edit a template
All your "Warm-up" and "Recovery" templates can be edited and duplicated.
From the session editor, add a part of the "Warm-up" type (same principle applies to the "Recovery" type):
Click on the "Create from library" button; a window appears, then go to the "My templates" tab.
Choose a template and click on the 3 small dots on the right to select the "Edit" menu.
Once you have made your changes, click on the "Save" button. The list of your templates will then update automatically.
Delete a template
You can delete all your "Warm-up" and "Recovery" templates.
From the session editor, add a part of the "Warm-up" type (same principle applies to the "Recovery" type):
Click on the "Create from library" button; a window appears, then go to the "My templates" tab
Choose a template and click on the 3 small dots on the right, selecting the "Delete" menu. The list of your templates will be updated automatically.
