Manage my templates
The notion of "template" will allow you to reuse content over and over again to integrate it into your training workouts (whether within a program or in an workout). This is also a considerable time saver for your coaches when creating workouts.
The types of models supported by the platform:
Warm-up
Recovery (cooldown)
WOD
The management of models is only done from the workout editor and only for workouts of the type :
Bodybuilding
Cross-Training
Add a template
"Warm up" type
From the workout editor, add a part of type "Warm-up" :
Click on the "Create from library" button. A window appears with 3 tabs in which you will find the "Explore" tab, containing the official AZEOO warm-ups; the "Recent" tab containing the last ones you have used; and finally the "My templates" tab containing only those you have created
Then click on the "Create a template" button and fill in the required fields.
Once finished, click on the "Save" button. The list of your templates will be updated automatically, you can then use this template by clicking on the "+" button on the right of the template.
Of the "recovery" type
From the workout editor, add a "Recovery" type part. Then it is exactly the same operational mode as the "Warm-up" type defined above.
Of type "WOD
From the workout editor, add a "WOD" type part. Be careful in this case, you can't add your own models directly. On the other hand, each WOD that you create in your workouts will be considered as "recent" and will therefore appear in the "Recent" tab.
AZEOO puts at your disposal +100 official WODs, from the "Explore" tab, that you can reuse and modify at will.
