Programming a WOD
You will be able to schedule WOD's so that they can be accessed by your clients on the app on the day of your choice.
To do this, in the "Coaching" tab of your back office, click on "Workouts", then on the "Add a workout" button. Then click on "Cross Training". You can also use a session that has already been prepared. In this case, click on "Edit" opposite the workout in question.
Then tick the "Workout of the day" box.
Below, select the day from which you want the WOD to be accessible on the application for your customers.
Manage the accessibility of a WOD
If you don't want your customers to be able to see the content of the WOD before they start, tick the box on the right.
A code will then be proposed automatically. You can also enter your own code.
From then on, your customers will only be able to unlock and start the WOD when they enter the unlock code you give them.
