For this type of video, you simply need to activate sharing. In the menu of your "Coaching" back office, click on "Videos", then choose the video you want to share and click on it. Then click on the "Generic for all my clients or groups" button, then on "Activate sharing" to share it with all your clients.

In the case of the personalised video, you need to activate sharing here too, but you need to indicate the customer or customers to whom you want to make it available.

In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Videos", then choose the video you want to share and click on it. Then click on the "Specific (choice of customers)" button, then on "Activate sharing" to share it with the customers of your choice.

To choose one or more customers to share this video with, click on "+ Add a customer" and find them by last name, first name or email address.

You can delete the sharing with a particular customer. To do this, in the "Clients" box, click on "Actions" to the right of the customer you want to delete, then select "Delete share".

The customer will then no longer have access to this video.
