To create a meal plan, see this article.

A quick reminder about sharing :

A plan can be shared in 3 different ways :

  • Specific sharing : you can assign it to 1 or more of your customers by name.

  • Generic sharing : it will then be accessible to either :

    • all your customers

    • to the customer group(s) you have specified

  • Sharing via a customer's calendar

Share a plan in a generic way for all your clients

In the "Nutrition" menu of your back office, click on "Plans" and then on the meal plan of your choice. Select the "Generic for all my clients or groups" sharing type and check the "Enable sharing" button.

Once activated, all your clients will have access to this meal plan.

Share a plan for a group of clients

In the "Nutrition" menu of your back office, click on "Plans" and then on the meal plan of your choice. Select the "Generic for all my customers or groups" sharing type. You can then click on "+ Add a group" below and select the group(s) of your choice. Finally, tick the "Activate sharing" button.

Once activated, all customers in the group(s) will have access to this food plan.

Share a program for one or more specific clients

In the "Nutrition" menu of your back office, click on "Plans" and then on the food plan of your choice. Select the "Specific (customer choice)" sharing type. Then click on "+ Add a customer".

You can then search for customers by surname, first name and e-mail address.

Finally, click on the "Activate sharing" button.

Once activated, the specified customer(s) will receive an automatic email and push notification on the app, informing them of the plan's availability.

Stop sharing for a customer

As part of a personalized meal plan, you can stop sharing with a specific customer.

Go to your program editor, in the "Customer(s)" section, click on the "Actions" button opposite the customer concerned, then on "Delete sharing".

Once this has been done, the customer will no longer be able to plan the meal plan, but if he has already planned it, he will still have access to the plan on his app until it is completed.

Share a meal plan via a customer's calendar

In the "Clients" menu of your back office, click on the calendar of the customer concerned.

You then have access to its calendar. Click on "+ Add" on the day you want the plan to start, then on "Plan a meal plan".

All your food plans are displayed. Select the plan you want and click on it to plan it. There's also a search bar for easy retrieval.

Once scheduled, the selected plan is displayed on the customer's calendar, from which you can track daily consumption.

If you schedule a plan for a given day, when another plan is already scheduled for that period, the latter will be completely deleted from the customer's calendar.
